The cardio training is going fine, one run a week  in Cambell Valley park, seems to do the trick. The upper body is being shaped now by a boot-camp at the Langley Events center. During the boot camp you soon realize we still have a long way to go.Especially the stomach muscles. The problem with those stomach muscles is that you don’t only feel it when you do the exercise, but you cannot laugh the next day without being reminded that they are not in good shape. Soon we will start training with the backpacks on our back. We should be able to carry 45 lb in our backpacks. That is going to be a challenge as that is about 1/3 rd of my body weight. Should not complain too much, others can do a lot more as you can see.
